Hello Blizzard, half a year ago i recieved an e-mail from blizzard support, asking for my account infotmation, due to account being suspended for investigation. Foolishly I entered my account information in there because all seemed legit. Now it seems that i could get my account back, but i cannot even login because my login and name/password do not match, altho I am 100% sure that i remember them correctly! Could it be that i cannot login because of the suspension, or has the hacker changed the login e-mail? My name is <HAI THERE!> and my account name was <HAI THERE!>( before the account merge with Bnet ), and i do remember the password i had. I require some assistant from you blizzard support to solve this problem, i really wish to upgrade to cataclysm and start playing the game again. I hope you respected blizzard support will find the time to address my issue as soon as possible at the time of holiday. Second, I am unable to reacquire my accout using the webform at blizzard supportpage because I am missing some crucial information, but I beliave that I can prove that the account is main and I cannot see why I should not have the right to reattain my account. So long as you still remember an old password, still have the original CD key, and.... Something else? Youll get your account back. Good luck |
