Gold Seller Hacking


Dear Blizzard,
Ive recently been hacked (actually today) by gold sellers. Where do I know this? Well the bastard instantly created 3 new characters in the realms I play. I scanned my PC to check for any infections that moment. I havent found any. So the company which sells gold randomly got my account. Everything went well, I recovered my password and the items should be coming back soon too.
I know that Im not the only one to be hacked, but heres what I have to say: Blizzard, cant you do anything about the companies stealing accounts and making money with the help of your game? I mean there should be some stuff that should kill those companies once and for all.

However, in this particular incident, it was you who were attacked and not us. It is up to you to follow that up if you feel the need.
