i have bought the Flying mount horse on blizzard store. but i cant activate it please help me!When you buy the product, you should receive a unique key. Login to Battle.Net, click "games & codes" then "Item code redemption" and put the key into that box. Itll then ask you which Account you wish to redeem it on.If you are still having issues with this Vildfisken, we need to know more before we can help you.

At what point is the process failing and are you getting any error messages at all?
