| Guild XP cap not resetting overnight |

Hey there, This is the second time it happens to my guild which by now should be half way to level 10. Before i logged out late at night the guild XP is over the 90% and when I first logged on (or a couple of hours after being on) one of us notices that the guilds XP bar has not reset. We have contacted a GM the first time round and after a long conversation he/she said that it was a known issue and that there was nothing he/she could do. And on top of that had the cheek to say that it wouldnt affect the guild...lol... ofc it did affect the guild we lost a lot of XP in a time where everyone was leveling their characters like crazy. We asked if this could be fixed, apparently the people inside Blizzard dont talk to one another and are unable to communicate bugs. According to this customer service they were unable to pass this info on to the relevant people who could fix it. Not good enough! Then Saturday the same thing happen. I made a ticket about it and the constructive service I got from one of your agents was there was no issue (can you imagine how that sounds from my side?!) and that it wasnt possible to extend the cap. I dont want you to extend the cap!! And also dont want to be patronized. The guild XP daily cap did not reset...and all I am asking is that you give us what is ours. I would like this issue to be resolved in a satisfying way, which so far it hasnt. First time round we let it lie....this time we want it to go our way. Regards PixinStill no answer?
