| Why is the method of payment blocked? |

Hello, My girlfriend wishes to buy extra game time using a visa CC, when she clicks "buy game time" she instantly gets the sad faced orc saying: "It seems that you are not allowed to use this payment method. Please contact our Account and Billing team via <web-link to support>. Both she and me normaly use pre-paid game time cards, I tested it and when I tried it I was allowed to use this method of payment (but I did not use it). First of, there is nothing wrong with the card, I asked my dad if we could use his cards and it was given to me, we use it every time when we go shopping, go for the groceries,... The Account in question contains the character <Yubel> on the realm <Lightbringer> and is currently out of game time (and with the holidays the shops are closed for another card). Please, someone help us by telling us what to do or make the method of payment available right now and please let us know what went wrong. Thank you in advance.
