So during xmas ive been banned not once but twice,the reason was that my name was inappropriate,this Gm tought that the Spitfire was a sorta of Evil Nazi Plane and he banned me. (and i bet he was from uk,im not british but i still know that the spitfire was a RAF plane...) So i had to call blizzard during xmas (1 hour for them to pik up the phone) and after talking with blizzard my account has been unbanned (10$ cost of the call) then after few hours my account logout and when i try to relog i found out that ive been banned again... so i had to spend 1 mour hour at phone for speak with blizzard again... in the end i got unbanned again (15$ for the call),but ive asked them to contact me in game cuz i was kinda mad,and also since i was alredy been banned twice i wanted to make it clear. The most stupid thing was that gm was stubborn about not confess his mistakes,he kept telling me to change my name... for an hour i kept explaining him how stupid it was,in the end he had to admit i where right and he let me keep my F***ing name. I couldve changed my name,also i dont mind the 25$ ive spent for call the blizzard,but what makes me mad is that the gm was trying to make me fool,telling me that i must change my name,after i was alredy unbanned... I dont like the behavior that blizzard had,also i find a shame that i had to call twice for make up a mistake they did,in the end i had to pay 25$ and spend 3 hours at the phone plus a 2 days ban for a gm mistake. I didnt get any kinda of payback for this... this is how blizzard care about customers.Please remove the screenshots, you cannot post them here.
