| Visa Payment issues? |

Hey As the title says my friend got problem with my WoW monthly Subscription.Until now he have payed with game cards but his parents got Visa card and he wanted to change the payment option when his game card has expired.he tried to pay but it says that this Method has been blocked.he tried different option that you need to pay for like race change,fraction chance etc and all of them said the same thing.He went on the link provided with the error and it said to wait 24h if it wont work then contact Billing Department.He contacted them via web forum on 14.1.11 but got no answer yet.So He asked me to write it here since its bit frustrating that he can play and that his guild is losing out a lot. Any chance my payment method would get unlocked?or do He need to go back to game cards? P.S i am writing in his name since he cannot make thread on this forum with no license. His characters name is Blazzor from Kilrogg.Just out of curiousty. - Are you sure that the Visa Card supports buying stuff online?yes. He said it does my vista supports buying.Even the error comes up before i even type the credit numberYou could try using a different web browser. - If you havnt already that is. |
