I understand I should be able to unlock junkboxs of level 425 but I have boxes of 400 in my bag and cant unlock themHello Paulcwn, I have investigated your report and it seems that the skill on your character is working as intended and can be used to unlock the boxes. If for some reason you are unable to open them, I’d recommend that you remove any custom addons from your World of Warcraft game folder to resolve the issue. Additionally, please also run the repair tool to make sure your game client is error free. Faulty addons may cause your character to be unable to properly interact with the game environment.
