Suspicious Activity?

My girlfriend tried to log on this evening and got "Due to suspicious activity, this account has been locked. A message has been sent to this account’s email address containing details on how to resolve this issue. Visit Web Link for more information."

I can see she has not logged on to her account from my friends list so I dont think she has been hacked.

She has not received an email.

The password reset will not accept her CD key or secret word, it just refreshes back to the account details page to request a password reset.

This is highly frustrating as we both work during the account security office hours.

Only thing I can put the "suspicious activity" down to is that, as my Girlfriend is a web developer, she was running an apache/php/sql server at the time of trying to log in.

Is there anything anyone can suggest? She is now unsure of her secret word and is a little miffed about the whole thing.Id suggest you to contact the Account and Payment department and get it sorted out with them. - And calling them would probably be the best idea, goes quicker as theres no waittime between each mail and so on.

How to contact the Account and Payment department can be found below.
