Dear blizzard, when trying to do a server change but when after selecting payment method I get the error "It seems that you are not allowed to use this payment method. Please contact our Account and Billing team" I tried to contact Accoutn and billing team a couple of times after workbut hang up after 30 mins hearing the same song over and over, wich was driving me crazy tbh. I also checked any account settings but, added the payment method and tried again but same error (I removed it already) Can you please take a look at this or advise me about next steps to take? I also sent a ingame ticket about this matter but didnt had any response so far. Furthermore isnt it possible to transfer all your chars from one server to another + race change for all? Maybe with somekind of group discount or Christmas goodwill? xD Or even just because Ive been such a loyal customer for so long xD? Please respond as soon as possible. Ive been searching for this a while and need this issue resolved asap. Thanks in advance. Best regards, AGMs wont be able to help with payment problems - you need to persevere until you can talk to accounts & payments, Im afraid.Well I was hoping they could pass it to the correct team, should have provided them with enough information like basic troubleshooting and account information. edit: how many times a day/week/month is this forum being watched?not tht frequent it seems, wtb forum mod xD Anyway a GM was very helpfull, he informed me that he checked my account and some way it seems tht any payment method had been disabled and I best fill in a webform to request to enable this. Seems to take a lot of time for just one auction button tht needs to be endabled :s |
