Got Problem with race Change


Hey i am trying to Race change my Druid form Tauren to Troll.When i pick him and pick my payment method it says that ``It seems that you are not allowed to use this payment method. Please contact our Account and Billing team via www.wow-europe.com/en/support/. `` Any ideas how i could fix that?
