I have recruited friend and he accepted it and upgraded account but we dont get the xp bonus and mounts

Anyway you can help plzIt sounds like rather than upgrading his RAF wow account (WoW1), he has created a second new one (WoW2).

Accounts & Payment support should be able to assist him.

Redeeming the X-53 Touring Rocket

1.From the My Rewards tab, click the Claim this reward! link.
2.Select a realm from the drop-down menu.
3.After choosing the realm, a list of available characters will appear. Select a character and click the Send to this Character button.
4.Send the item! If the character you select does not meet the requirements to ride the mount right away, you will receive a Warning message. Once the item is sent, it will appear in your in-game mailbox.
