Okay i need to get in contact with blizzard billing for issues i wont even go into. But I find the number, call and i get the message that no one can take me call and i get cut out. I try again a few hours later and i get through to be put on hold with an estimated waiting time of 10 mins. *sigh* fair enough i guess they are busy. I was on hold of 25 fricken mins before i just gave up. I sent them an email days ago and i got no reply. Sorry blizzard but what the hell kind of costomer service is that? ?10 a month and you cant even provide a half decent costomer service...really?! /rage i take it this is to do with wanting to swop from EU to US game? (yes, i remember you) queues are very very long atm due to a increase in account problems. best i can still advise is to keep ringing them and eventually u will get through Yes, it is. Thanks for your reply also. I understand that but if they are that busy then reject my call. Dont give me an estimated waiting time which is rediculasly inaccurate. Im not having a go at you incase thats what it sounds like by the way, im just supper frustrated.i understand mate, i do. have been in a similar situation myself when trying to contact them. but still the best i can advise is to keep at it |
