Last wednesday I did Lost City of Tolvir. The polearm from the first boss dropped, and I won the roll. My bag was full though, and I didnt realize I didnt loot the polearm untill after I had left the instance. So yeah, could a GM mail me the polearm? I already made a ticket about it, but I thought support on the forums might be a bit quicker.It wont, as the forums are not a replacement for the in-game ticket system. You did do the right thing, however, by contacting a GM in-game, they should be able to mail it you, of course you should remember to include some rough timelines of when it dropped, as well as what the name of the polearm is.forums aint quicker. u will have to wait for a GM to answer your ticketMeh, I hope the GMs arent taking the whole week off, last week I made a ticket and it was answered within a couple of hours, its taking more than 30 now. Yeah Yeah I know, there was a time when it was even worse, but still :( |
