Hello. As tthe thread title says. My payment method is blocked. But lets start from the beginning. I wanted to change race of one of my toons. And I got this error when I choose way how to pay for it. Now I know possible reasons for that and none of them happend.. Hadnt had any failed payment attempts or my account didnt have any security problems. I didnt get any email about it. I waited 24hrs and even 1 week and it still says its blocked. I browsed various sources and only possible solution is to contact blizz billing(?) support. I wrote two emails already using form and i tried to be as specific as i could. Im waiting for my anwser about over a week now.. Should I just wait or I should I make the call about that? Or is it because of Christmas that it takes so long to get an answer? Id really like to know what options i have here. Oh btw: could it be because Im paying for my game time via game card? Also i did seen the field to enter gift card number but i dont know how to get one :(Giftcard isnt something that has been actually implemented. The infrastructure is there, but Blizzard never created the cards for public usage. Seeing as youve already send in a webform, Id say its best to give them a call, if/when you get through by phone it can be solved straight away then :). The reason the webform queue is extremely long at the moment is as you said, indeed partially due to Christmas, but also due to the release of Cataclysm not all that long ago.
