Monthly cap usage for South African players


Is it possible to give me a rough estimate on what the daily and monthly usage would be to run WoW in South Africa, on the EU servers? I want to get more friends and family online, but need to see if they will be able to do it with a smile, or if my Conjured Food will be needed to get them through the month without starving!
