| Character Service Gone Wrong on my part help needed |

Hello, Ive just submitted a payment for a Character Re-customization at ?12.00 Ive been a complete idiot and was meant to have done a Race change, Am i able to cancel the Customization once its completed (Finished Pending, And able to carry the change out) Ive simply just clicked on the wrong option :-( Ive read the Character Re-Customization FAQ "Is there any way to cancel the re-customization while the process is pending? Because the credit card is charged immediately upon confirmation, you cannot cancel the process once you have pressed the confirmation button and the character customization process is underway." So i understand that i just want to know once thats finished am i able to cancel the change get my money back into my account and then opt for a Character Race change priced at ?15.00 ? Please help me! Ive only just woke up aswell so thats the reason for a silly mistake brain is not functioning properly. Good luck!Hey i have seen that Natryndon has already answered with all the right info, but i just wanted to say me being the stupid troll i am i have also done this in the past. I rang them up and i was told to use the re-customisaion and pick something random they would lock the char and revert it back and issue me a refund. (Dont do any of that ofc untill you spoke to them) Posted this as a more of there is hope to get your money back so you can buy the correct thing :) |
