Hello everyone, im totaly lost at this point, im trying to reinstall my WoW, but ive downloaded the game and when im trying to download the patch when i open the launcher it pops up this message "Launcher requires permission to the World of Warcraft Registry key to succefully locate and run the game. Please enable write access to the Registry key using an administrator account"Try running the launcher as administrator? Right click the .exe and select that.tried that, same problemThis usually means that some or all of the client files have been corrupted during installation/patching. The only way to get round this issue is to completely remove any copy of World of Warcraft installed on your computer and reinstall a new copy. It would be easiest to install straight from the online downloader: https://eu.battle.net/account/management/download/ Please make sure that once you have downloaded the client and fully patched it, that you do not try to install any of the expansion discs over the top. All the relevant information is already included in the client download. |
