| Moving accounts between battle.net accounts |

Ello chaps At the moment my account and my brothers account are on the same battle.net account, this is all very well and good but with the real ID system in wow all the private whispers that are directed at me go to my brother, well in actual fact whispers seem to just go to who ever has been logged on the longest, and when they log in it shows up to my friends as me logging in, because the battle.net account is in my name. So, as the thread title might suggest I was wondering if it is possible to move my account to a different battle.net account without having to unsubscribe, buy all the games again, tranfer my characters over, etc which would cost an arm and a leg and be rather a lot of hassle thanks in advance /e crosses his fingers for a blue postyou will have to ask accounts and billing if they can do this for you (contact details can be found amongst the sticky threads in this forum) the questin has to be asked, and they will ask, why is you brothers account merged with your battlenet account, as this does come under account sharing rules, and no you are not allowed to share your account with your brotherAccounts & Payment Support may be able to remove one of the WoW accounts from the battle.net account so it can be merged with its own: http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_GB&articleId=23210 Your brothers account should be on a battle.net account in his name and you should avoid letting each other know your passwords Accounts & Payment Support may be able to remove one of the WoW accounts from the battle.net account so it can be merged with its own: This is indeed what you should do, I cant guarantee anything though so please contact our Account Support team as soon as you can! |
