| Frozen account, payment problems! |

Hey, my friends account used to be locked, but since they removed that lock he went out and bought cataclysm and a gamecard (which he always used for my wow payments) He hasnt played WoW for about 3 months and his account was frozen. But when he wanted to add his gamecard it wouldnt let him because its telling him (when he wants to add it) that there are problems and stuff with his account. Although the e-mail from blizzard said that all problems should be gone and he could be able to Play the game and with all characters without any problems. But he cant even add his gamecard?
