account suspended


Dear Reader,

my account got suspended and things look strange to say the least;


I made several race changes and paid for these.
however last week I could not enter the characters because seemingly the payment for the racial changes had been canceled.
I know I never gave any order for that, so that got me confused.
the problem also is that it can only be activated if I repay the amounts required.
all fun and games but later my account got suspended also because my monthly payment was also reversed, for which I again did not give any permision.

I got official blizzard mail regarding the changes in my correct current mailbox, the mail regarding the monthly fee got in my old no longer "valid" mailbox..

today a friend came over and paid for the monthly fee (I know the change happens within 24 hours) but normaly when it is paid for it takes an immediate effect i.e. works.
sill doesnt work now btw.

I tried to email the people at blizz but since I no longer have the good old reference code from my first WoW this gets impossible, unless I scan my irl ID card and have it faxed.
seems a bit strange to me imho but hey at least I can call.
which I tried hour after hour but the line was impossible to reach.

so I am stuck;

-my friend paid for a new fee which does not seem to take effect
-all my racial changes got stuck until paid for, which I thought it did.
however it seems I can only pay for these now with yes a credit card.
I dont have one and in all sreiousness I really dont know anyone with one.
I can only pay through Ideal,direct debet and/or gamecard.
-Blizz seems to send various emails towards several emailaccounts.
-cant contact Blizz through mail or phone.

please help.

my apologies.I just made another payment.
it is gone from my bank account and the status is now pending, paid with ideal.
normaly it is immediate succes, its always have been like this.
so 2 payments have been made by now, is the paying system bugged ?
there is going money from my bankaccount and a good friends bankaccount to Blizz.
I hope it works out soon positively, its getting tedious and frustrating by now.
I also get error 500 btw when I log in on my details.
The best way to get this resolved is to contact the billing support. You are saying you paid with IDeal so I assume (correct me if im wrong) you are paying from the Netherlands.

Most people think IDeal is immediatly, yes on 1 side only, depending on where the money goes it can take a day to a couple of days.
