| Server and faction change problems. |

Ok, so I just(couple hours ago) paid a server change for my lvl 80 draenei shaman. Once I saw on the transaction page that the process was complete, I paid for a faction change for obvious reasons. After 3-5min the transaction was complete according to the "character transfer status page", and I logged into my account. And the first thing I noticed lookin at the character list was that i now had two shamans, both named nearly the same as the one i did both the faction and the server change on, and they had the same gear, both lvl 80, they where both alliance and neither of them had the faction change mark on . So I figured it was just a small bug, and I relogged. When I logged back in, it was only showing 1 of the shamans. When I try to log in on the specific character, I get the message "you cannot log in untill the character update process you recently initiated is complete." So I thought that one of the faction or the server change was not 100% complete, but according to the character transfer status page, both the faction and the server change is complete. I have the receipt on my email confirming that i have paid for both services. What i also found, was that the faction change history list actually show " KekezBF0138", while on my character list the shaman shows up as "KekezBBF0171". Seems like the faction change got somehow applied to the duplicated shaman and not to the one on my character list hence character stuck. not sure tho.bump to the hump and not in the dumpBumpsame problem bump |
