| Server+Faction change question |

I am recently looking to transfer one of my alliance characters off ghostlands and onto doomhammer horde to be with friends and was wondering as i have read through both the faction and server transfer pages and it says some stuff about it possibly not allowing a faction transfer for reasons unknown (although i guess population issues?) so my question is if i get a server tranfer from alliance ghostlands to alliance doomhammer is there a possibility that i will then not be allowed to change from aliiance doomhammer to horde doomhammer afterwards? and if so would it make a difference if i server tranfer first or faction change first? TL;DR: does it matter which service i use first faction change or server transfer?It is rare that these services are blocked. It can happen and as such there is the stipulation in case.
