Flask Duration, Mixology vs Chug-A-Lug


When my guild was lv 9 the other night the alchemists confurmed that they recieved the bonus stats and had the 2hr duration as they were ment to. However since the guild got GLvl10 for Chug-A-Lug they still got the bonus stats but they found out that we had 1 1/2 hour buff duration (so chug overwriting the mixology duration increase thus giving less of a bonus than prior to Glvl 10.)

I also wish to know if / when this is fixed will Chug-A-Lug will stack with Mixology so either

1hr flask + 100% duration increase from mixology + 50% from Chug-A-Lug rank 1 = 1hr X 2 X 1.5 = 3hr

OR

1hr flask + 100% duration increase from mixology + 50% from Chug-A-Lug rank 1 = 100% + 100% + 50% = 250% X1hr = 2.5hr.

OR

The buffs do not stack so 1hr normal 1.5hr for chug a lug rank 1, 2hr for chug a lug rank 2 OR mixology.
Any chance of a blue at least saying "We are aware of this issue." or something? Checked things like the 4.0.6 patchnotes and no mention, so just wanted to know if its being looked into.
